All current Council tenders are listed through the Tenderlink portal. Registered suppliers can set up automatic notifications for relevant tenders and submit responses online at tenderlink.com/gcc.

Code for Tenders and Contracts

All Council procurement activities are governed by the 2024–2028 Code for Tenders and Contracts. If you are contracting with Council, the Standard Goods and Services Terms will apply unless otherwise agreed.

Technical Consultant Prequalification

Council maintains a register of prequalified consultants for professional services across the following categories: project management, design, heritage, quantity surveying, building surveying and certification, development planning, and geotechnical engineering.

Employee Assistance Services Register

Council also maintains a register of providers for employee assistance services, supporting the health, wellbeing, and productivity of Council’s workforce.
