The Glenorchy City Council Strategic Plan sets out what Council will do over the next four years to deliver on the Community Plan.
What is the Strategic Plan?
The Strategic Plan translates the community’s long-term vision into specific goals, strategies and actions for Council. It is reviewed and renewed every four years, following each election.
What does it include?
The Strategic Plan outlines:
- Our four-year goals and priorities
- The strategies we will use to achieve them
- How we will measure our progress
- The resources we will commit
How does it link to the Annual Plan?
Each year, Council develops an Annual Plan that details the specific actions and projects we will deliver that year in line with the Strategic Plan. Progress is reported quarterly.
